Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.
- Ensure high standards of resident care and compliance with state/federal regulations.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
- Assist with staff development, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and resident/family engagement.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing & CPR Certified
- Nursing leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required (preferably in long-term care).
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for excellent resident care and team development.
