At Tiffany Square, our Admissions Nurse Liaison play a vital role in shaping the first step of a resident's journey. This position is ideal for LPNs or RNs looking to leverage their clinical expertise in a fast-paced, influential role--while still remaining open to highly organized, detail-driven professionals without a nursing background.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a high-volume admissions process with confidence and professionalism

• Review and evaluate potential residents for clinical and financial eligibility

• Coordinate admission details from inquiry through arrival, ensuring a World Class experience

• Communicate clearly with residents, families, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams

• Verify insurance, benefits, and required documentation

• Organize timelines, clinical information, and paperwork with exceptional attention to detail

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements

• Participate in ongoing training, education, and occasional out-of-town sessions

Preferred Qualifications:

• LPN or RN license strongly preferred

• Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or post-acute settings is a plus
