What You'll Do
As the Administrative Assistant/Intake Specialist, you will be the first friendly voice of Brookestone Home Health & Hospice. You'll ensure our front office runs smoothly.
Primary responsibilities include:
Answering and directing phone calls in a timely, courteous manner
Assisting with incoming referrals, communicating with discharge planners, and building and inputting information in charts
Supporting office operations and administrative tasks
Helping maintain a positive and organized workplace environment
What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates will:
Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Exhibit a caring, professional, and polished demeanor
Be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology, use of portals, and EMR's
Have prior experience in an office or healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
Be passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization
