Vetter's Electric is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
This is more than a traditional office position. You'll play an important role in supporting our electricians, coordinating project workflows, communicating with customers, and helping create an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate residential garage projects from start to finish
- Open new jobs and maintain organized physical and digital job files
- Pull permits and schedule inspections
- Communicate with customers, builders, utility companies, and inspectors
- Answer phones and schedule service work
- Maintain accurate records
- Prepare invoicing packets for review
- Keep office operations running smoothly
- Order office supplies and maintain an organized office
- Assist with process improvements and special projects
- Support our electricians by making sure they have the information they need to be successful

Experience with Jobber, QuickBooks, construction, or office coordination is helpful, but not required. We're interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

- Performance reviews at 90 days, 6 months and annually
