Join our healthcare team as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, leading nursing care during weekend shifts to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

  • Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards.
  • Oversee patient assessments, vital signs, and accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
  • Coordinate care plans, including medication, IV, catheter, and tube feeding procedures.
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnostics, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Manage emergency situations confidently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge and long-term care.
  • Maintain infection control and proper medical supply management.
  • Conduct audits to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS 1st aid, Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, supervisory experience, clinical background in long-term care, and familiarity with Point Click Care EHR. Experience with diverse patient populations and skills in phlebotomy and injections are essential.

This part-time role offers $38-$45/hour for 16-24 hours weekly, in person, making a meaningful impact through compassionate leadership in a vibrant healthcare setting.
