We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment in a facility located in Lakota, North Dakota. The role involves providing high-quality, resident-centered nursing care, including assessing patient health, developing care plans, administering treatments, and supervising staff such as LPNs and CNAs. The RN collaborates with healthcare teams, educates residents and families, and ensures compliance with regulations and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include monitoring residents, managing medications, performing skilled procedures, documenting care, and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications include at least one year of recent LTC RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS and other facility-specific credentials.
