Qualifications & Skills
Candidates need at least one year of recent RN House Supervisor experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NRP, NIHSS, CPI, and TNCC certifications. Essential skills encompass critical thinking, effective communication, interpersonal professionalism, technical proficiency, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
