Therapist-Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.

• Provide individual therapeutic treatment, assessments, diagnosis, and service planning.
• Supervise and support staff and interns, participate in staff meetings, training, and community education.
• Assist clients facing mental health challenges, disabilities, and barriers, promoting empowerment and quality care.
• Maintain licensure, stay current with therapies, and participate in crisis/emergency services as needed.
  
  

Qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field, licensure eligibility within two years, and preferred two years of experience.
