The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders across outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Perform evaluations, develop and update treatment plans, and adjust therapy to maximize patient outcomes.
- Address cognitive, speech, language, and swallowing functions, collaborating with healthcare providers and educating patients and families.
- Manage therapy schedules, document progress, and participate in community education and meetings.
- Qualifications include a current Idaho SLP license, BLS certification, and ASHA membership is preferred.
