RN Team Lead Weekends Pediatric Complex Care (Full Time)

We’re seeking a Nurse Team Lead for our inpatient Pediatric Complex Medical program, providing 24/7 family-centered care for children from infants to age 14 with complex medical needs.

• Support clinical care by ensuring staff follow care plans, document accurately, and adhere to best practices.
• Serve as a preceptor, manage staff performance, and develop team skills.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Ensure adequate staffing and a safe environment.
  
  

Requirements include ≥2 years of pediatric, rehabilitation, or complex medical experience, a valid RN or LPN license in Iowa (RN preferred), BLS certification, and physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
