RN Nursing Supervisor (7 pm to 7:30 am)

Seeking part-time RN Supervisor for weekend overnight shifts (7pm-7:30am) at a respected Continuing Care Retirement Community in Newtown Square, PA.

Responsibilities include clinical supervision of long-term care and rehab units, staff onboarding, training, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with PA DOH regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience with strong assessment skills
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• PA-licensed RN with current CPR certification
• Experience with Point Click Care software
