- Guide and mentor fellow nurses through ongoing education and competency assessments.
- Apply evidence-based practices, support patient safety, and contribute to care process improvements.
- Plan proactively across the patient care journey, shape protocols, and optimize resource use.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience; proficiency with computer data entry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic technology; ability to perform under pressure.
