RN Med Surg - Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a registered nurse for the 7A Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. The RN will utilize the nursing process, demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and adhere to department policies to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications Include

• New graduate or RN in good standing licensed in Arkansas
• BSN preferred
• Basic nursing skills aligned with standards of care
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• CPR certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed based on unit
• Specialty unit training provided as necessary
  
  

This position offers 72 hours bi-weekly and requires understanding organizational policies to deliver unified, high-quality patient care.
