- Utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care in accordance with hospital standards.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers.
- Coordinating patient care with various departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Performing duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required by the role.
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Opportunities for educational advancement through bridging programs (up to $16,000 each for BSN and MSN).
- No contract obligations.
