The ophthalmologist role offers a rewarding career with minimal travel, flexible schedule, and support for work-life balance.

  • 4 clinic days and 1 day of surgery weekly
  • No hospital or general ophthalmology call
  • Utilize virtual assistants and AI to reduce documentation burdens
  • Board-certified or eligible with fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery required
  • Position includes competitive salary ($400K–$450K/year), benefits, signing bonus, and relocation assistance
  • Located in a vibrant city with outdoor activities, strong community, and no state income tax

In-person work at Las Vegas location with potential for some travel; full-time position offering growth and high earning potential.
