Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about health management
- Participate in quality improvement activities and clinical teamwork
- Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning
- Complete assigned goals efficiently
- Recent clinical respiratory care experience
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor's preferred)
- Successful completion of departmental orientation
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS preferred
