Key Responsibilities
- Develop, assess, and modify personalized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living.
- Supervise and evaluate OT Assistants, Rehab Aides, and students.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely using therapy software.
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Participate in community health initiatives as appropriate.
- Maintain professional relationships, confidentiality, and adhere to company policies including safety, sanitation, and conduct standards.
- Assist in patient evacuation and demonstrate dependable attendance.
- Perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, lifting, and moving during work hours.
- Current NBCOT certification (renewal optional).
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT).
- Active state license in good standing.
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation).
- Preferred one year of experience; new graduates welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow policies, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism.
