Seeking licensed RNs for a 110-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in rural Virginia, offering comprehensive mental health care for adult and geriatric patients.

• Provide individualized, recovery-focused nursing care using psychiatric knowledge, pharmacology, and patient needs.
• Supervise, evaluate, and guide nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies.
