Registered Nurse (Perioperative & Recovery)
Provide safe, high-quality perioperative and recovery nursing care in an ambulatory surgical setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after procedures while following clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes, support effective patient and family education, and contribute to continuous improvement in surgical services.

- Perform comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient assessments.
- Develop and execute individualized nursing care plans.
- Implement care in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients in recovery and evaluate response to interventions.
- Coordinate with surgical and anesthesia teams to support safe, efficient care.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and safe discharge.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and patient care processes.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of perioperative and recovery standards and safety practices.
