Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services and supervise direct care staff in an adult foster care setting.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor consumer health, and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education, orientation, and supervision to staff, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and safety protocols.
• Document accurately, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with healthcare providers for care planning.
• Travel locally as needed and participate in ongoing training to stay current in practice.
• Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
