Delegates tasks appropriately, monitors care quality, and evaluates patient responses to interventions. Facilitates discharge planning and patient education, advocating for patients and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred), current RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience or equivalent residency/LPN experience. Demonstrates professional accountability, effective communication, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Additional Info: Non-management role reporting to a supervisor, with responsibilities including documentation, quality improvement, and patient advocacy. Night shift availability.
