We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Medical/Surgical for a full-time night shift role.

- Providing direct patient care following nursing standards and the nursing process.
- Administering medications, collecting specimens, and implementing clinical treatments.
- Documenting patient information, monitoring conditions, and communicating with care teams, patients, and families.
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Coordinating patient care activities, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
- Educating patients and families based on age, culture, and needs.
- Advocating for patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Participating in quality improvement and ongoing education initiatives.
- Maintaining reliable attendance and performing additional duties as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current RN license (Iowa or Compact State).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
