We are seeking a Day Shift RN Manager to oversee a clinical team in a senior living community.

Benefits include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $77,000-$80,000 annual salary, paid time off starting Day 1, health/vision/dental insurance, HSA, 401K with employer contribution, and no scheduled weekends. Clinical call support is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train clinical staff
  • Oversee resident care plans and ensure quality care
  • Assess current and prospective residents
  • Assist in hiring clinical staff
  • Follow HIPAA and company policies

Qualifications

  • Current RN license
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Geriatrics or assisted living experience preferred
  • Passion for helping others and continuous learning

Note: Vaccinations are optional; employment contingent on background and drug screening.

Salary : $77,000 - $80,000
