Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU - Weekend Option

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU, responsible for providing acute patient care at the bedside with a patient-focused and mission-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on critical care nursing activities.
• Follow established clinical protocols to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in the practice state; BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP based on patient population.
• Critical care experience and specialty certifications like CCRN or CEN are advantages.
  
  

Key Duties: Provide bedside critical care, utilize advanced life support skills, and ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts, weekends, and 36-hour weekly schedules.
