- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to C NAs and LPNs.
- Implement department policies, goals, and procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Communicate effectively within a team and exercise good judgment.
- Diploma or degree in nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s).
- Active RN license in applicable state, maintained throughout employment.
- Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification upon hire, with ongoing certification maintenance.
