- Implementing nursing interventions based on nursing theories and sciences

- Collaborating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervising and delegating care to Licensed Practical Nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel
- Coordinating care across disciplines and contributing to a positive work environment
- BSN preferred; all nurses hired after April 30, 2014, must obtain a BSN within three years
- Professional nursing board certification preferred or required within two years of hire
- Current RN license in the State of Florida
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
