Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Night Shift)
Location: Skokie Hospital
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance, take responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes, and lead unlicensed staff in delivering quality care. Contribute to safety and enhance patient experiences.
Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, preferred BSN degree, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, leadership abilities, adherence to regulatory standards, and excellent communication skills.
Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care, supervise team members, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
