Role: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Night shift)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the emergency department
  • Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality
  • Take responsibility and accountability for nursing outcomes
  • Supervise and guide assigned unlicensed nursing personnel
  • Contribute to positive safety outcomes and enhance patient experience

Qualifications And Skills

  • Current professional nursing license in the state of Illinois
  • BSN degree preferred
  • BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers required
  • Minimum of 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred

Key Details

  • Full-time position, 36 hours/week, night shifts (7 pm - 7 am) with rotating weekends and holidays
  • Hourly pay range: $37.25 - $57.74, based on experience and expertise
