- Accurately completing assessments and documentation
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervising and supporting CNA staff to ensure safe care
- Communicating with physicians, team members, residents, and families
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and participating in care planning and quality initiatives
- Active RN license in Michigan
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required
