- Assessing patients and gathering health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinating patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.
- Communicating effectively with patients and team members in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Providing individualized education to patients and families based on their needs.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of Cath Lab experience.
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
