Registered Nurse - Acute Care Orthopedic/Post-Op/Trauma Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to promote safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Participate in decision-making, quality and safety initiatives, and unit activities to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program. Demonstrate compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork. Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot equipment, and adhere to policies and procedures. Support continuous learning and professional growth.
