Psychiatrist and Medical Director

A well-established health organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist and Medical Director for their inpatient program.

This senior clinical leadership role combines direct patient care with strategic oversight of psychiatric and medical services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

• Clinical Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, manage medications, interpret diagnostic data, respond to emergencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in care planning.
• Medical Director Duties: Provide clinical leadership, oversee staffing, participate in leadership meetings, ensure compliance, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
  
  

Ideal candidates will have MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active license, inpatient experience preferred, and leadership background.
