Key Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison with nursing schools, coordinate communication, and oversee student clinical placements.
- Lead review and approval of clinical placement applications, maintain records, and manage databases.
- Oversee Master Affiliation Agreements and address issues during rotations.
- Guide student projects, participate in research, and advocate for nursing professional growth.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing; Doctorate preferred.
- Current Illinois nursing license and specialty certification; BLS, ACLS, or NRP as applicable.
