- Provide direct nursing care and support patient comfort and wellbeing
- Administer medications and perform ordered treatments
- Monitor vital signs and assess changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team
- Document care accurately and maintain clear clinical records
- Follow infection control procedures and safety standards
- Current LVN licensure
- Strong clinical nursing skills and ability to follow individualized care plans
- Excellent communication and patient-/family-centered care
- Attention to detail for documentation, infection control, and safety
- Ability to work effectively with a care team
