Physician - Family Medicine/Internal Medicine

The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services.

• Leads the care team, performs examinations, develops treatment plans, and manages acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes in-person, telehealth, and phone modalities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal standards.
• Coordinates care, monitors referrals, and educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, maintains accurate records, participates in quality improvement, and adheres to clinical guidelines.
• Fosters effective communication within the team, builds external relationships, and upholds patient confidentiality.
• Manages administrative duties, supports clinic programs, and practices cost-effective medicine.
