Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Full Time, Kokomo, Indiana

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support a spine surgeon in Kokomo, IN, working full-time with surgeries three days per week and in-clinic duties on other days.

• Prerequisites include graduation from an accredited PA or NP program, board certification, and Indiana licensure. A minimum of two years of experience is preferred.
• Responsibilities encompass assisting with surgeries, patient assessments, acute and chronic care, medication management, triage, emergency response, and documentation.
• Performs sterile technique during procedures, prepares cases, manages supplies, educates patients, and collaborates with team members.
• Effective communication, time management, adherence to ethical standards, and leadership are essential.
