- Perform initial and discharge evaluations, set treatment goals, and document progress.
- Develop and deliver effective therapy treatments to meet functional objectives.
- Identify patient education needs and provide PRN therapy as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and serve as a mentor for interns when needed.
- Participate in skills assessments and ongoing professional development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in rehab, SNF, LTACH, or acute settings preferred.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist with an active GA PT license or eligibility.
- Current BLS certification.
- Basic computer literacy required.
