Physical Therapist - Outpatient Therapy

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Under general supervision, the role involves direct supervision of patients, indirect oversight of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services, including evaluations and treatments aligned with departmental policies.
• Possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, along with a current license and BLS certification.
• Prefer 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric populations.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, and squatting.
