Responsibilities include: providing physical medicine and rehabilitation services, managing personal injury cases (excluding pain management), and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications: valid New York State license, Board Certification in PM&R, significant experience with personal injury cases, and strong clinical and documentation skills.
Preferred but not mandatory: credentialing with Medicare and Medicaid.
