- Continuously assess and monitor patient status in a pediatric ICU setting
- Administer medications and provide critical care nursing interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support complex care plans
- Communicate with and educate families to promote understanding and involvement
- Use advanced clinical technology to support safe, effective care
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, excellence, and compassionate care
- Active Registered Nurse licensure
- Proficiency in critical care nursing for pediatric patients
- Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and medication administration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent communication skills with families and the healthcare team
