Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless operations, staff training, and effective communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, focusing on personalized rehabilitation plans and fostering positive patient relationships. Collaborate closely with the Director of Therapy Operations to coordinate scheduling and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily therapy team operations, including onboarding and staff communication.
• Deliver compassionate, individualized care to patients to support their recovery goals.
• Celebrate patient progress and victories.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held).
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.
