Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams across diverse healthcare units, including acute care, long-term care, behavioral health, ICU, emergency, and geriatrics.

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care while maintaining compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate staffing, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimize patient-to-nurse ratios.
• Oversee clinical procedures, ensure infection control, and manage medical documentation using EMR systems.
• Conduct patient assessments, assist in discharge planning, and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide staff training and mentorship in specialized areas such as dementia, behavioral health, and trauma care.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, infection control, and support hospital operations including triage and diagnostic processes.
  
  

Requirements include a current RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, at least four years of hospital experience with management preferred, and a BSN or higher degree. This in-person role offers $45-$50/hour with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and AD&D insurance.
