- Conducting assessments, developing and managing care plans, and delivering skilled nursing and medical treatment.
- Supporting the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model and collaborating with medical staff.
- Leading team meetings, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely veteran care.
- Recognizing patient changes, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliance with nursing standards.
- BSN with 2-3 years of nursing experience or equivalent.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, DEA registration.
- US citizenship, proficiency in English, and ability to complete online onboarding.
Salary : $115,000 - $150,000
