Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Medicine/Palliative Inpatient Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, in-person role in Richmond, VA, offering $145,000/year.

• Practice at a 60-bed LTAC facility with daily physician and APP support.
• Cross-trained APPs manage both medicine and palliative care, conducting assessments, symptom management, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Responsibilities include admissions, discharge planning, rapid response, and code management, with an average census of 15 patients daily.
• Requires hospital inpatient experience, proficiency with Epic EMR, and relevant certifications (ACLS required, others preferred).
