Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an interventional pain management clinic with multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
• Document patient care accurately
• Provide care per accepted standards
• Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists when needed
  
  

Requirements

• Current applicable state license and national certification
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support certification
  
  

Position is full-time, with a salary range of $125,000–$150,000 annually. Relocation to Sutherlin, OR, is required before starting. The role is in-person with a flexible schedule.
