Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, accessible primary care to a diverse community.

• Provide comprehensive medical care, emphasizing health promotion, illness prevention, and continuity of care.
• Conduct patient histories, physical exams, and order diagnostic tests; collaborate with patients on care plans.
• Document encounters thoroughly, adhere to clinical guidelines, and maintain current medical knowledge through CME.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, support policies, and assist with on-call coverage.
• Supervise and educate students and staff, participate in community health activities and research.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications include a relevant graduate program, licensure in NY, and primary care experience. Preferred bilingual skills, community health experience, and cultural competence are a plus. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
