We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for outpatient Addiction Medicine in Espanola, NM, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in increments at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days.
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnose, and manage patients seeking MAT for substance use disorders.
- Prescribe and monitor medications like buprenorphine and naltrexone, ensuring safety and adherence.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, provide crisis intervention, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Must hold an active license in NM, have at least 1 year of clinical experience (0.5 in addiction medicine preferred), and be comfortable administering injections.
