We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient addiction treatment team in Espanola, NM.

- Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and management for patients receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders.
- Prescribe and monitor MAT medications, including buprenorphine and naltrexone, ensuring proper dosing and safety.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients on recovery and lifestyle changes.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in crisis intervention and participate in quality improvement efforts.
