This position requires a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or LPC-IT (WI).
Responsibilities include providing professional counseling to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, building strong patient relationships, creating a safe environment, and consulting with the mental health team, including responding to emergencies when needed.
Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and use of a company email on personal device with MFA for cybersecurity.
