Mental Health Therapist / Intern

Seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Intern (LMHC/I) for full-time, in-person work in Fernley, NV, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

• Provide outpatient mental health services under supervision, including assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy for diverse patients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team efforts, collaborate with medical staff, and assist in crisis intervention.
• Complete documentation within 48 hours, conduct individual and group therapy, and utilize tools like DSM-5, ASAM PPC, LOCUS, and CUMHA.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, and engage in ongoing training.
• Qualifications include being at least 21, eligible for state licensure as an intern, passing background/drug tests, and having reliable transportation.
